ManMade: CamRon Debuts Cape Collection with Mark McNairy

Who would have thought that rapper Cam'Ron would produce a cape collection featuring extravagant fabrics, textures, and fur. Certainly not me but with his lavish lifestyle it is definitely expected, I mean he did rock a pink fur!

During New York Fashion Week, Cam'Ron and his fiance' Juju walked the runway of Mark McNairy showing off the new cape collection they did in collaboration with him.

His walk on the runway was confident being that he said, "I mean, the thing is with me, my life is a catwalk. Everything is a catwalk for me. I walk to the store and that's a catwalk. So to me, this is pretty much easy," to Complex.com.

In all actuality, I love the idea of a cape collection. It shows royalty, confidence, and lets others know you think highly of yourself when you walk down the street. 

Huffington Post describes the cape collection as "superhero style capes," but they obviously don't know the royalty standards and confidence that lies within the hip hop and music industry. 

I love it Cam and Juju. Can't wait to see more designs and cape concepts for your next collection!
